Greatly enjoyed having absolutely fantastic and gorgeous breakfast.

The rooms were huge in general. It was in a very central location, in the centre of Davos.

The location was nice and stunning, right at old town There was an a la carte restaurant nearby. Booked a room with great views, and the staff were well-trained people at the reception desk.

i ate at an amazing restaurant with an amazing chef. the pool was great and i had signature drinks in the cigar bar. had the option to leave my car onsite. the location of the hotel was favourable - at a medium distance from a gallery-style museum. also, the area was beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff and the waiters/waitresses in the bistro. They made sure our dog was well taken care of, providing water and even cooking a meal for him. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, close to a bus stop and within walking distance to restaurants. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and spa, were top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and there was a courtesy chauffeur car available. everything was perfect and we can't wait to return in July.

Everything was fantastic.

Very comfortable certainly worth its five stars, staff excellent as were the facilities. If you are prepared to pay a bit more for a very relaxing stay then I would recommend it.

I would have liked some (free) bottled water & tea making facilities & fruit in the room, but this was a minor issue during a very enjoyable stay.

The room was fairly quiet and gorgeous, included with great view, a balcony, good beds.

Some people working there were highly unprofessional.

A very pleasant stay

I stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour package and was impressed by the organization of the hotel staff in handling our luggage. The check-in process was prompt and friendly, considering the size of our group. I particularly enjoyed the personal welcome in the lounge, complete with drinks. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the town center and bus routes. The complimentary travel pass was a nice touch. My room, overlooking the front of the hotel, had a lovely balcony with park and mountain views. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped, although I had to ask for a bath mat as the surface was slippery. The room itself was comfortable, although a bit hot during a warm spell of weather. More hangers for clothes and tea/coffee making facilities would have been appreciated. The restaurant offered a fair choice of breakfast options, although the need to prepare tea individually was a downside. The dinner meals included in our package were basic and not to our taste, but we heard good feedback about the hotel bistro restaurant. The hotel staff handled our group's luggage with efficiency, even in a downpour. I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful weekend away, supported by all efforts of the hotel to make our stay perfect! Excellent food (Italian restaurant!), hiking tips by a very friendly Herr Hans, immaculate rooms and a complete and comfortable wellness area.

We had an excellent stay at a 5-star hotel in the beautiful Swiss Alps. The service provided by the reception, housekeeping, restaurant, and bar staff was top-notch. The ski shuttle service was convenient, with drop-offs and pick-ups from the nearby ski areas. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to public transportation. Despite the room being a bit hot, the windows could be opened to cool down. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Davos.

A top quality establishment. The staff were exemplary and everything was in place to make the customer feel welcome. Very nice dinner in the restaurant.

Only negative was the lack of a way to allow fresh air into the room without opening the door onto the terrace.

Hotel is beautiful and staff were very helpful all making my stay a wonderful experience.

I think that in a 5 stars hotel, internet should be free.
